Option 1: This is an internal webform for journalists that have posted a journo request on Twitter AND we have their email in their profile.

Steps to take:

1. Check if we have them in The Agency CRM

‘Journo using request service not registered’ OR ‘Journo using Press Plugs

if they have these tags go to Option 2

1. If they don’t have a tag or not on our Agency CRM, check to see if they are a legitimate journalist (google/social media research).
2. If they are, add relevant details to the webform below (CHECK FOR SPELLING MISTAKES):

   This will then send them an email to introduce them to Media Matchmaker and to say we have posted their request.

Option 2: This is an internal webform if the journalists ARE IN The Agency CRM that we have filled out the 1st webform and they have still not registered with us on the platform.

Step 1

(please check with their email that they are not registered on the members PLATFORM first, if they are send them an email via the platform called '[Quick Reminder] Your Journalist Media Account is Active
Step 2

If they are not in the members platform then check the last time we sent them an email in the Agency CRM and if its less than 4 week ago please fill out the webform below. (this will send them a reminder email to join Media Matchmaker etc and to let them know we have posted their media request).
