Webforms for journalists

Option 1: This is an internal webform for journalists that have posted a journo request on Twitter AND we have their email.

Steps to take:

  1. Check if we have them Infusionsoft with these tags:

‘Journo using request service not registered’ OR ‘Journo using Press Plugs’ OR see if they are a Media Matchmaker Member

  1. If they don’t have a tag, check to see if they are a legitimate journalist (google/social media research).
  2. If they are, add relevant details below (CHECK FOR SPELLING MISTAKES):

Add below the details of the journo request and add the date it was posted at the top
 
 

Option 2: This is an internal webform for journalists ARE IN Infusionsoft that we have filled out the 1st webform and they have still not registered with us on the platform.

(please check with their email that they are not registered on the platform first, if they are send them an email via the platform called '[Quick Reminder] Your Journalist Media Account is Active
