Webforms for journalists

Option 1: This is an internal webform for journalists that have posted a journo request on Twitter AND we have their email.

Steps to take:

  1. Check if we have them Infusionsoft with these tags:

‘Journo using request service not registered’ OR ‘Journo using Press Plugs’ OR see if they are a Media Matchmaker Member

  1. If they don’t have a tag, check to see if they are a legitimate journalist (google/social media research).
  2. If they are, add relevant details below (CHECK FOR SPELLING MISTAKES):

Add below the details of the journo request and add the date it was posted at the top
 
 

Option 2: This is an internal webform for journalists that have posted a journo request on PRESS PLUGS.

Steps to take:

  1. Check if they have posted this media request in Twitter, if they have, go to option 1.
  2. If they haven’t, check if they have a contact record already in Infusion-soft as a journalist, with these tags:

'Journalist Using Twitter OR ‘Journo using request service not registered’ OR see if they are a Media Matchmaker Member

  1. If they don’t have a tag, check if they are a legitimate journalist (google/social media research).
  2. Add their contact details to the web-form below (CHECK FOR SPELLING MISTAKES).

Add below the details of the journo request and add the date it was posted at the top
